Overview

Project Description

College event organisers often depend on personal contacts, generic sponsorship proposals, and unorganised follow-ups to find sponsors.

The selected team will build and test a practical sponsorship system that makes this process more structured, personalised, and efficient.

The project may include:

  • Finding relevant companies and local businesses
  • Researching potential sponsors
  • Identifying the right people to contact
  • Creating personalised sponsorship proposals and messages
  • Managing outreach and follow-ups
  • Tracking responses, meetings, and progress
  • Using AI to improve research, writing, design, and automation

During online brainstorming meetings, every team member can share ideas and suggest improvements. The team will discuss and vote on the ideas, and the most useful and feasible ones will be implemented.

The goal is to build and test a useful system—not to guarantee that a sponsorship deal will close within four weeks.
